Project Summary
At King Show Games, I served as a key contributor to the visual development and execution of multiple shipped slot titles. Operating within a high-velocity, two-artist production environment, I was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of game assets under strict production deadlines. This role served as my introduction to the rigors of slot game development, where I rapidly developed the ability to balance aesthetic quality with technical constraints, project scoping, and cross-functional task management.

Collaborative Production Strategy:
Co-managed the art production schedule on a two-artist team, driving task delegation based on skill-alignment and timeline necessity, ensuring studio throughput remained consistent. Maintained a flexible, high-trust dynamic, balancing the team's individual strengths—such as 3D vs. illustrative painting—to ensure optimal output quality while proactively absorbing cross-disciplinary tasks to meet critical project milestones.

Pipeline & Handoff Optimization:
Executed full-cycle production, from character illustration and animation to documentation. Architected and enforced comprehensive art documentation for Developers, defining technical implementation standards such as animation trigger points, opacity/scale keyframes, and pixel-perfect placement. This proactive approach significantly reduced iteration cycles and ensured proper Developer implementation assets on the first pass.

Agile Team Dynamics:
Navigated a lean team structure, exercising initiative in task prioritization and conflict resolution to maintain project velocity without sacrificing visual integrity. I took full ownership of the creative handoff process, serving as the bridge between Producers and Developers. I conducted internal quality reviews to ensure brand consistency before external submission, establishing a standard of accountability that ensured project velocity.
